Honduran President Blames United States Immigration Debate For Border Crisis

Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez criticized United States lawmakers for creating “ambiguity” over the border laws during the fight for immigration reform.

Hernandez appeared on Capitol Hill today with Otto Perez Molina, the president of Guatemala, and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.

During the event, Pelosi urged Congress to pass President Obama’s emergency request for more funding to address the results of the border crisis.
