President Obama will speak at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday after authorizing the bombing of several ISIS targets in Syria, according to the White House.
The attacks were coordinated by the United States and five Arab countries and utilized a mix of fighter jets, bombers, and Tomahawk cruise missiles.
Obama announced his decision to launch air strikes in Syria on September 10.
