Ellen DeGeneres Launches ‘Ellentube’ Video Sharing Site

Ellen Degeneres is proud to announce her brand new video sharing website called “Ellentube.”

The new site allows Ellen fans to view her exclusive content, which is reportedly averaging 100 million views per month on Youtube, and also upload their own videos.

Best user videos may be featured on “The Ellen Show.” While it’s similar to Youtube, DeGeneres promises no funny business, besides interesting and funny videos.

“We’re going to post things from the show that you won’t see anywhere else,” said DeGeneres. “And what makes our site different than any other place is that if you accidentally type in a wrong word, you’re not going to stumble upon something that’s bad or mean or something like that. You know how that can happen. So everything on the site is fun, and there is nothing mean-spirited.”

“Ellentube” has categories which include animals, celebrity interviews and scares, memorable monologues, dance dares, and several more.

According to The Wrap, the media platform is a joint effort between DeGeneres and executive producers of “The Ellen Show” Mary Connelly, Ed Glavin, and Andy Lassner.

The famous talk show host has a strong social media presence, with about 33 million Twitter followers and nearly seven million on Instagram, so her viewers should take a liking to this.

She plans to make the official announcement on Thursday’s episode of “The Ellen Show.”
