First Captured ISIS Foreign Fighter Reveals Threat to West

Monday, Sky News reported on 23-year-old Horr Jaffer from Chechnya, the first captured ISIS foreign suicide bomber who was caught when his car bomb partially exploded killing four people in Iraq.

Jaffer joined ISIS when his family was killed in Syria. 

“I want to be a martyr. I decided after they killed my family,” he said. “They didn’t tell me anything about what I was doing or where I was. I just had to press the button.”

The young ISIS fighter said he was with militants ready to carry out suicide attacks like him from all over the globe saying,”There are nations from all over the world there. There is British amongst them. They are from Asian countries, Europe and America. From everywhere.”
