Tuesday at a luncheon at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., former Sen. Jim Webb (D-VA) said he is “seriously looking at the possibility of running for president.”
The former secretary of the U.S. Navy said, “I am seriously looking at the possibility of running for president, but we want to see if there is a support base.”
