Kristol: Obama Appointed Ebola Czar to Protect Self, Not Americans

Monday on NewsMax TV’s “The Steve Malzberg Show,” Bill Kristol, the editor of The Weekly Standard said President Barack Obama appointed Ron Klain as the Ebola czar to protect himself from political damage not to protect the American people from an outbreak of the deadly virus.

Kristol said, “[Obama] appointed a Democrat political operative,” because, “He wants someone who will give him political cover for the next two weeks until the elections.”

“He doesn’t want someone who’s going to tell the truth,” he added, “he wants someone who will do everything he can to prevent political damage.”
