CNN: Bristol Palin Saying She Was Assaulted 'The Best'

On Wednesday, “CNN Newsroom” anchor Carol Costello expressed her amusement at newly released audio of Bristol Palin tearfully telling police that she and her sister had been assaulted.

In the audio, a clearly upset Bristol tells the police that a man knocked her to ground multiple times, swore at her, and dragged her across the grass after another individual pushed her sister, Willow, and she intervened.  Costello described this as “quite possibly the best minute and a half of audio we’ve ever come across, come across in a long time anyway,” and urged her viewers to “sit back and enjoy.”

Last year, Costello tweeted that Rush Limbaugh writing a children’s book made her “sick.”
