Friday on Houston’s KPRC AM 950’s “The Matt Patrick Show,” Rep. Mike McCaul (R-TX) said President Barack Obama went ahead with his executive action amnesty to “bait” congressional Republicans into being “the Grinch Who Stole Christmas” by shutting down the government right before the holidays.
McCaul said the GOP needs to stay calm, stick together and react by using the “power of the purse” to shut the president down, not the whole government while they work to pass a positive Republican agenda.
