Married Richard Gere seen holding hands with new woman

NEW YORK, July 24 (UPI) —

Richard Gere might not be dating Padma Lakshmi anymore.

The Pretty Woman star was reportedly spotted Friday hand-in-hand with a new brunette that "was definitely not Lakshmi" at Tutto Il Giorno in Southampton.

Gere and the Top Chef star, 43, began dating in April, six months after the actor separated from his wife of 11 years, Carey Lowell. An insider told Page Six that Gere and Lakshmi have been traveling a lot lately, and that they saw each other last week.

Gere’s last international trip was to the Himalayas for the Dalai Lama’s 79th birthday in June. At the time, Lakshmi was in London.

Neither Gere nor Lakshmi’s rep wanted to comment on the report.
